Purchased my hearing aids 1 year ago and just had my 1 year follow-up. Hearing retested, adjustments made accordingly, but most importantly was the physical adjustments to my hearing aids made it extra comfortable (I wear glasses & hard on the ears) didn't know that was possible to fix. I was very happy with the care I received from Estela and also the front desk staff. Estela was very attentive to my issues and concerns, and it's almost startling how much better I could hear after she re-programmed my Starkey hearing aids. I felt that the amount I was charged was very reasonable.
A week ago, I got my replacement hearing aid from Agility. My first pair lasted about 6 years. I was satisfied with what I had, then the one for the right ear finally failed. This new pair provides better sound, I can feel the manufacturing improvement in the new pair!
Always a great professional and respectful experience. Estela has a charming personality and expertise about hearing aids. She can troubleshoot problems and remedy them with the best solution. I’m a loyal customer and am impressed with her wonderful service.
