Excellent customer service
Extremely helpful, needed a mobility scooter for my wife during holidays. Agility helped out with choice and delivery and pick up, everything could not have gone smoother.
Fantastic customer service!! There was a bit of a miscommunication when I was ordering some adaptive knives over the phone, so I was accidentally sent the wrong ones. I called up and spoke with Harry, who apologised and worked to rectify the situation quickly. He will send me the correct knives and a prepaid return satchel for me to return the incorrect knives back.
