Agility bank has excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend them for locals in Houston. They're a nice change from huge nationwide banks who treat you as a number and they know you by name. When you call you always get someone at the branch on the phone rather than having to go through several options before speaking to someone. Highly recommend!
Great set of Bankers that are resourceful in helping customers. Wish all banks were like that, but they are not!
I had a great experience with Agility Bank. Jose Marines and his staff were extremely helpful. They took the time to review everything carefully, explain the situation clearly, and make sure it was handled properly. What stood out most was how attentive and professional they were throughout the process.
