When speaking with Susan, she was able to quickly figure out what the issue was with my account and help walk me through correcting it on the customer portal. Although the payment system is confusing to navigate, Susan was able to get it fixed quickly. I recommend Agile Finance, just hope the process to set up payments gets easier to understand soon.
