I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Agile during an audio test required by my employer. From the start, I was told by the MA that the headset was faulty and that I needed to hold pressure on the cord for the entire test. Even then, the audio kept cutting in and out with heavy static. Despite repeatedly telling her that the equipment wasn’t working and the test results wouldn’t be accurate, she insisted she had “no choice” but to submit the results to my employer.
