Agents and Buyers beware. First, I would never purchase a home without my own independent representation, and I strongly recommend that anyone making what is likely the biggest financial decision of their life have someone in their corner whose sole duty is to protect their best interests, not the builder’s. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Agile Homes. With us being out of state we were worried that if there was a mistake or concerns we wouldn't be there to catch it . But nope, Agile was prepared, their Superintendent overseeing our build was diligent about sending us photo updates of everything EVERYDAY! (M-F).
