We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Agile Homes. With us being out of state we were worried that if there was a mistake or concerns we wouldn't be there to catch it . But nope, Agile was prepared, their Superintendent overseeing our build was diligent about sending us photo updates of everything EVERYDAY! (M-F). Agile was great to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. They have great people all the way through from sales, design, and the superintendent on site. They all are dedicated to getting you the quality home that you want. We would 100% use them again and would recommend them to our friends and family.
We purchased a new home built by Agile. We are so please with the quality workmanship, design, and the purchasing process. The purchase was smooth and efficient. If we are ever in the market to purchase another home, we would highly consider an Agile home. Updated 11/4/25 - we purchased our second Agile Home in August 2024 and have been very disappointed in the workmanship, accountability, professionalism, and integrity of the builder in their new subdivision in Emmett. I’m so sad because our first experience was amazing!
Agile Homes has always treated us fair and have done us right every time. We had Agile build us two homes over a 3 year span, and the processes (both times) were excellent. Jay, Alex, and everyone we had interactions with at Agile were professional and caring. Definitely would recommend Agile Homes to anyone who wants a quality home built at an affordable price. Well done Agile!!!
