Very disappointed. I am a social worker. Due to my patient's insurance there are only two HH agencies that I can refer to. Patient was referred initially for SN. Patient's needs changed and now requires PT and OT as well as SN. Website states rehabilitation services are offered. When I called to resume SN and request PT and OT I was told they could not staff.
