The ladies where very nice to work with.
I first experienced these pillows at one of the hotels in Florida, and they were absolutely fantastic. I slept so well that I decided to reach out to the company to find out where I could purchase them. Their team was very professional, responsive, and helped me place my order smoothly. Now that I have them at home, I can honestly say they provide the best sleep ever. I highly recommend these pillows to anyone looking for comfort and quality.
A simple box of toilet paper... very poorly packed. Two inch wide gaps where the flaps are supposed to meet, exposing the product. Rolls were stuck to the packing tape and ripped. 2 rolls were missing! How the heck does that happen!? Each sheet measures 3" x 4" when the advertised dimensions were 4.25" x 3.7". $30 charge for shipping a $47 box of 96 rolls. Will never order from here again.
