Yes and no. I ordered a dishwasher around Dec 10th and it was delivered and installed the following week. I then purchased a refrigerator around Dec 16. Called the week before Christmas and was told it was in Orlando from Georgia and most likely would not be delivered before Christmas. Ok I’m fine with that. Now two weeks later and 4 phone calls to find out when, I keep getting I’ll call you back. None of the 4 calls have led to a call back. I would appreciate an honest answer as to where it is and when it will be delivered.... read more

There installers were great. Felipi and Ty did a great job for us. I was very disappointed in Dallas he didn’t return call and did give miss information on the cooktop!

Came out the day after I called in the repair for my washer. Great phone service and scheduling ease. Steve came out at the time promised, fixed my washer and was on his way in under an hour!! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank You!
Had a great day with Felipe and Jason on our install of our Kitchenaid gas stove. They were very polite and professional and had great problem solving skills. Our house was built in 1920 and everything we try to do always takes a bit more time. Filipe and Jason took their time and diligently preformed above and beyond the call of duty. They were very respectful of all Covid guidelines and had a great sense of humor. Great job....keep up the good work. Brendan Sweeney
