Our experience with Holcim was wonderful! The driver Jess was incredibly professional. She maneuvered the huge truck with total control in a tight spot, was very patient with us throughout the process, and was also unusually kind. She stayed until the job was done - well past her scheduled quitting time - and said she was happy to do it. It's been a long time since we had customer service this good. I would recommend this company (and especially Jess!) to anyone doing concrete work.

None of these comments an reviews are even related to the services Holcim offers. Truck drivers will be truck drivers and drive like they own the road and us concrete companies that use them are sorry that they are endangering the road. As far as the quality of the companies customer service, products, and easy of making and tracking orders go they get 5 stars from my crew and I at Legacy General services. Very rude driver, blocked the street and i waited him to finish and he comes and says four letter word multiple times. I do not recommend these people for anything, useless. Called and talked to a person and that person could not handle and passes on the phone to the manager saying i am yelling. The manager was nice and i know he won't do anything but handled it better. Truck number was 192, and this happened in Eden Prairie MN, on Bluff Road.
