The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were upfront about the wait and I was even seen a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. Love a faith based local business, that treats their patients that same way.
Apparently not the place to go if you have a truly urgent situation that needs care. Despite the name on the building, I was told that I needed to go to a different urgent care because I didn’t schedule an appointment ahead of time for my emergency. Make it make sense! It should also be noted that there was exactly one other person in the waiting area that I saw. I guess bleeding profusely from an injury that needed attention right away is supposed to be scheduled in advance?
Most doctors don’t want to listen, help you out, or find the real issue. THESE ONES DO!!! Shout out to Dr. Williams, you brought peace to my stress.
Failed to send a prescription and then caught an attitude when checked on it
I had the best experience at this urgent care. Everyone was very nice and honest with the care I needed. They have a prayer box in the waiting room and Bible quotes in the rooms which is refreshing. Each and every staff member that I interacted with was extremely nice and caring. The nurse practitioner was so great and truly knows her clients needs. Highly recommend this urgent care to anybody!
