Felipe was awesome. He kept in touch with us to keep us informed of what the status and issue was with my vehicle. He was upfront about eta’s. Upon checkout he took care of us walked and talked us through each step before taking us to our vehicle. Appreciate the transparency and honesty and follow ups.
