It was determined that the cushion covers on my WHITE sofa could not be cleaned onsite. So they took the cushions to their shop, removed the covers, washed them, put the covers back on (perfectly, I might add), and delivered them back to the house! I sure never expected that! Great service, friendly to do business with. They are my go-to for furniture cleaning in the future!
These guys worked quickly and cleaned everything beyond what I expected ( there were blood stains!!) prices were reasonable.
Website was initially messed up for their online booking but Patrick worked with us to make it right and he was honestly so helpful! They did an amazing job and took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly. Glad we booked them they worked super hard especially before the holidays, will be booking again in the future!
The women whom I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. It seems this website serves as a 3rd party port for actual dry cleaning services. Therefore completely pointless, I would rather spend my time talking to an actual company/business then these middlemen.
