They were scheduled to come to my house to repair my refrigerator between 3-5. They did not show up until well after 6pm. We paid up front for the parts that needed to be replaced and they said they would be back within a week to fix it. Several weeks go by and haven't heard a word from them. Well doesn't that just take the cake? I called Aggieland Appliance Repair yesterday to come out and look at my dryer. I got a service window of noon - 6:00 today. So today at 3:55 she calls to confirm my address. NOW she tells me they don't service outside of the Bryan/College Station area and argued with me about giving her my mailing address instead of my home address? WTF?
