Customer service is great. Had an issue with the drainage on our paver courtyard. I believe it was the owner of the company that came out to inspect it and within a day they removed the pavers, fixed the slope and so far the problem is resolved.
DON"T USE THEM * POOR WORKMANSHIP * TERRIBLE WARRANTY SERVICE * 0 Stars Their original work was barely acceptable with more than 20 of the pavers having serious chunks missing on the corners which they claimed they would replace. The settling over the first year resulted in low spots that collect water and greater than 60 of the pavers shifting to the point that they are trip hazards. They have been scheduled 4 times to come and do the warranty repairs and have been "No Shows - No Calls" each time.
