I went to this law firm after dealing with an incompetent lawyer that asked me where my deceased mother was the day before my mortgage renewal when I had clearly stated my situation and why I was getting a new mortgage without my mothers name on the property as she has passed. After 2.5 months closing comes and he asked me where my mother was when I had clearly told him my situation. He still charged me his fee and said that I need a probate order.
