Terrible service, incompetent staff, and lack of communication… don’t recommend
Worst customer service. Lady just hung up on me regarding my concern and kept having to go to the manager. When I inquired what exactly I was supposed to do with that website info she just repeated the website name. Only giving the one star because only Jay was able to help the second time. Even then they mostly sound lost and confused. They’re outsourcing the work towards people who don’t even know what they’re doing.
This happened in San Mateo, California. They’re only two business websites on Google are in Tennessee and somewhere close to New York. They seem to be hiding on non-online interface, hiding here in California to avoid all the bad reviews that they probably have and all the customers complaining about their poor service.
