This happened in San Mateo, California. They’re only two business websites on Google are in Tennessee and somewhere close to New York. They seem to be hiding on non-online interface, hiding here in California to avoid all the bad reviews that they probably have and all the customers complaining about their poor service. Garbage. This has been the worst company to work with. How they're in business is beyond me. I put in 3 requests for a tow over the course of 7 hours. Agero canceled two and put in one request in incorrectly. Now they're claiming they can not refund my money....which was the wrong answer. I paid for a service, which failed 3 times.....then got apologies from a very nice man, but he clearly couldn't do anything for me.

My fiancé dropped his cash app card here and we called and they said 3rd shift found it and to come back after 8pm. We go back and they refuse to give us his card back and then lock the doors. So you guys are cool with keeping someone’s property and not giving it back?? Why tell us to come back later when they’re just gonna refuse to give his property back.
