Terrible company. I don’t know why with the ratings they have, but my insurance company used these clowns. I had two vehicles break down so I used my roadside assistance. 1st vehicle, 10 + miles away. My insurance covered $50 and I had to pay $75 out of pocket. Ok. 2nd tow. Vehicle broke down around the corner from my house. Insurance didn’t cover the $50. This company charged me $362. With insurance it still would have cost me $312. Horrible roadside company
I had an excellent experience with this tow service. The driver was incredibly kind, generous, and very helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the process, which I really appreciated.
It’s clear why they have a very low rating. It speaks for itself this company is trash. Insurance providers should really change who they reach out for service because these company isn’t it. They represent tow companies that don’t do good work they damage your car and don’t want to be liable. The photos provided are what the tow company uploaded. There is clear evidence of damage done but they don’t want to accept it.
