Horrible customer service, non existent application team, does not reply to emails and denies supervisor requests
Cheap they expect tows to be done for $45 and expect 10 free miles no deadhead 🤦🏻♂️ rip off also when someone else applies for a contract they will tell them to accept less then 45 so they can get the volume and they just keep working it all the way down, if they can get you to tow a car for $5 they will
Do not use! They sent someone to jump start my car and they fried the starter relay by disconnecting the fuse block on top of the battery and then connecting one jumper cable to the positive battery post and the other to the start relay fuse. Now they’re saying it’s not their fault and denied the claim

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They left me at Cat Creek Summit they hired a company to come out to tell me and then they never finalized or return the guys call to tell me. Leaving me on top of a pass and never responding in temperatures down to the low 30s. I'm taking them to the Better Business Bureau and filing a grievance with the attorney general's office. They should not be in business they are inept and I will do everything I can to make sure they remember my experience with them. They're a total jok... read more
