I can’t imagine a worse roadside assistance company exists anywhere in the country.
Waited 4 hours and had services rescheduled 3 times. The 3rd service provider marked it completed and never showed up. Awful company. Progressive needs to find a new company to work with
We sat on the side of the road for over 4 hours. They dispatched a service from over an hour away. When I spoke to their representative Ellen all she was willing to do was reassign and start the whole process over. She was very rude, and unwilling to help in any way. Worst service I have ever had anywhere. Really makes Progressive or whoever else they work with look bad. I would give negative stars if possible.
They sent out a tow company who caused over 3000 dollars in damages to my car. The tow truck driver lied and the case manager supported the providers lie without reviewing my case properly. They did not follow company SOP it took months for a supervisor to finally do their job. Once I finally got a hold of a supervisor they said they would give me a response by a specific date and it's more 2 to 3 weeks since Inhave heard from them. This company is unethical.
