I encountered a significant issue. The tow truck assigned to me was a conventional tow truck, lacking the necessary equipment for a flatbed. This company used a tow truck service in Shelby Township Michigan "Sana's Towing" that damaged my Mercedes Benz 2 months ago. The owner of Sana's is a clown. Still cant get them to pay for the damage. Even though they promised they would. Unbelievable. DO NOT GET PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE
Scheduled a tow for this morning (between 6 and 8am) at 4pm in the afternoon yesterday. Needed to take my truck ten minutes down the road to my mechanic. Received a call at 4:50am, waking me up to tell me they couldn't find any available providers in my area. One phone call later and I had a local company scheduled. You have ONE JOB.
