I had an excellent experience with this tow service. The driver was incredibly kind, generous, and very helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the process, which I really appreciated.

It’s clear why they have a very low rating. It speaks for itself this company is trash. Insurance providers should really change who they reach out for service because these company isn’t it. They represent tow companies that don’t do good work they damage your car and don’t want to be liable. The photos provided are what the tow company uploaded. There is clear evidence of damage done but they don’t want to accept it.

Had a flat tire, they accepted the job. We waited around 2 hours for them to arrive... only to get a text that they would "no longer be able to complete the job" because they were closing. Why did they accept it then?! Horrible time management on their part. Completely unreliable. Jerked us around instead of being upfront.

This company deserves negative stars. Anyone who has ever had the nightmare pleasure of dealing with these people should all be given awards for their patience. I’m still in the process of gathering a tow truck 30 HOURS LATER from my initial request. No one will help you but will regurgitate the same nonsense since the last agent you talked to. All the corporate offices that conduct business with these amateurs should pay their customers for the inconvenience.
