RUN DONT WALK IF YOU ARE USING THIS COMPANY !!! Oh my God, I see why they have a 1.4 rating. This is the most terrible dispatch company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am a customer with Progressive and I Needed a tow and was told they use there services for the dispatching to get my vehicle picked up in the process. This company is the emergency roadside assistance provider used by my auto insurance. Thankfully, my truck was sitting in my own driveway and only needed to be towed to the local dealership. What should have been a simple tow turned into an 8-hour and 15-minute ordeal, beginning at 4:30 p.m. and finally ending when my truck left at 12:45 a.m. To be clear, this was not the fault of the tow companies that attempted to help. It doesn't get any worse than Agero. Seriously. I waited 9 1/2 hours for a tow. Finally called to cancel because it was getting late and I said let's try again for the morning. I specifically said I did not want the same tow company since they never showed up. Whyyyy is the same company assigned the job today???? At this point I'll have to call a real company and pay for a tow which is ridiculous since I pay for this through my insurance.

12 phone calls, 6.5 hours, 6 time changes later we called our own tow truck and they were there in 20 minutes. Safe yourself the hassle of dealing with the “customer service experience” from hell and call your own and submit for reimbursement.

Horrible, state farm works with them. They kept me waiting 6 hours then a driver called saying he was on his way but Agro told him not to come for another 4 hours. Apparentlythe money they were getting from state farm was not sufficient
