Used to be a great utility provider and good customer service. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore and when I got my latest bill of $2617 I almost fainted! I was charged 22.6 a kWt. Then they kept trying to ACH that payment over and over again out of my acct. Each time it costs me $35. Yesterday I got an email saying they filed Chapter 11 on October 4th.

I worked for this company as s referral agent, official title was Channel Partner. CORPORATE HAS SEVERED MY POSITION AND OTHERS WITHOUT NOTICE AND THEY HAVE WITHELD APPROXIMATELY $800 OF MY COMMISDIONS. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS A COMPILATION OF GREED DRIVEN PIGS. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Dennis V DiGennaro
We've tested most gas and electric suppliers in the nation, Agera is the best service and their prices can not be beat. Most of the negative reviews are by other energy outfits. Check your official state complaints area, Agera has none.
