Been trying to get in touch with my agent since July 1 with no response (multiple emails, phone calls and text messages). Called Agents Alliance and they were of no help other than to transfer me back to the agent that won't return my calls. The lack of response is costing me penalties as I cannot get a COI generated. Avoid this "agency" at all costs.
they tied me up with home insurance co that took me for 4000.00 dollars. then refused to deal with leaking roof. saying they opted out.
My mortgage broker set up my insurance through a local company. Received a letter that the policy was going to be cancelled for non payment. Called the number, which is these rejects. Left a message a week ago. No return call. Called today. They couldn't find my policy. They found my name and said they would transfer me to the agent. Went dead after 5 min of holding. Called back, waited with no response and then said the call couldn't be connected. Threr interactions and both garbage.
