My mortgage broker set up my insurance through a local company. Received a letter that the policy was going to be cancelled for non payment. Called the number, which is these rejects. Left a message a week ago. No return call. Called today. They couldn't find my policy. They found my name and said they would transfer me to the agent. Went dead after 5 min of holding. Called back, waited with no response and then said the call couldn't be connected. Threr interactions and both garbage.
