NOT investor friendly :( I use creative real estate investing, I am a wholesaler/investor that uses seller financing, subject to, & lease options, I was looking for a title company that could do assignments, double closings and back to back closings so I called Agents Abstract and the person on the phone seemed pretty rude and short and just said “no we don’t know how to do that” in a condescending way as if there was something wrong with what I was expecting! Definitely does not seem like a very confident or competent compa... read more
