We have been trying to get information about our health insurance since December 1st, 2023. For the last two weeks no one from AgentLink will call us or email us back. We have been promised for weeks by Scott and Reba that there will be a resolution soon. We cannot get our prescriptions filled because we do not have a group number or ID. We have paid for this insurance service and AgentLink has fallen short.
