I have a friend who was sold a car and it wasn’t running and he wants to junk it. However bill from agent auto won't sign the lien satisfied form to complete the transfer for a junk slip. Even tho it's paid off. He wants the original owner who my friend doesn't know to come down with his license to say he sold it . Why does it matter it's not stolen or the dmv wouldn't have given him the transfer paperwork started in his name. He did offer to tow it from my friends house . So, how does a used car dealer earn a 5☆ rating? Excellent customer service coupled with a fair price. Been listening to flim-flam dealers (and private sellers) for high mileage, not well maintained, overpriced vehicles. I ain't a paying $10k or more for a 200k vehicle, that needs $6k plus in mechanical work, just to be safe.
