MANAGER busted my engine line during my service, told me while I was in the shop and showed a picture of the damage that he admitted to causing in shop. I called to have the situation handled, basically said you broke it you fix it, MANAGER proceeded to tell me he “didn’t touch it.” Condescending, rude, and not willing to admit mistakes.
Paid for ultimate + rain x. Didn't get the under spray when driving in, no rain x & still have tree debris and bird crap on vehicle.
Gets the job done fast
The new drive thru car wash bays are awesome! Wish they had more. The new machines allow you to buy a single wash or a bundle. Which is what i did. Great deal.
