If you’re purchasing a home DO NOT use this company. Or at least dont use Beth. She has been terrible since January. We put an offer on a home in January and STILL haven’t heard back. It’s almost August now. She keeps sending the same message copied and pasted that there are no updates, she has been neglecting calls and emails from our realtor for a week now.
