Honestly, I came in a a few minutes ahead of time, which I regretted, and they still made me wait. The lady who was going to attend me seemed as if she was going to do other tasks. I walked out to obtain a document that I left in the car and she seemed upset upon my return. She also didn’t know why I was there when I specifically said that I’m here to do my taxes immediately after I walked in. Marta and Patricia are extremely unprofessional. Unwilling to communicate with each other to ensure a quality customer experience. Does not value appointment time and will have you waiting two hours for a procedure that takes 10-15 minutes. Furthermore, based on my own personal experience, Marta is extremely rude and aggressive when I’ve asked her questions on the phone.
