I normally love agena care but my recent visit a few days ago I went and had an earache, the doctor said “is this really why you are here” and yes my ear was really hurting! They said my ear looked fine and healthy and maybe had a pimple developing then asked me what I should do about that medication wise, I’m not a doctor so I’m unsure. Long wait times for few patients walked in at 4 left at 6 and never seen a nurse or doctor for a simple covid and flu test
I had the absolute best experience on my first visit! The office is clean and beautiful! The staff is beyond kind, caring, and accommodating! Although, I hope not to HAVE to use any urgent care again, if the need arrives, I’ll certainly use them again!
Agenacare is so great! Such a Godsend with little kids being able to bypass crowded wait rooms of who knows what germs. Staff is so courteous and kind. We find their services so prompt and professional. Highly recommend for your family’s health needs.
