I had my first appointment today w/Omega. She provides exceptional customer service, and hair care in a clean and intimate setting. I love my hair and the end result (i.e., Soft, fullness and sheen).
As a new client, I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Omega. She is professional and has a wealth of knowledge about haircare. AGEM is truly a hidden gem and sanctuary.
This was my first time going to Agem, and I had the best experience from start to finish. Not only did she have the best customer service, but I could tell she was very knowledgeable about my hair type and cares about hair health. I highly recommend.
Got a silk press for the first time here and loved my experience and results! She gave me a great consultation prior, was very sweet, and was very knowledgeable about hair care. She also gave me tips on how to manage and upkeep my hair to get it to a healthier place. Definitely recommend
