This is the first time receiving a facial from Karla and she did an excellent job and professional. I already scheduled a second facial and would highly recommend her.
It took several weeks to get my initial appointment, but that was understandable. Karla cancelled my appointment the evening before indicating that she would have to move my appointment. That was ok, but I have not heard another word from Karla since April 7th. Very poor customer service Karla!
Can’t speak highly enough about Karla. I have been getting facials from her for several years and finally took the plunge and invested in a session of 4 peels. Amazed at how my skin texture has improved in my mid 50’s. Good skincare, excellent facials plus the added peel sessions have made such a difference for me.
I've been receiving skincare services from Karla for years and have always been thrilled with my results. I recently booked a Reiki Energy Healing session to try something new and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I felt lighter mentally and more relaxed even days after my session. If you're curious about Energy Healing, I highly recommend talking with Karla. She explained the process with openness and compassion. I'll definitely be back for another session!
UNRELIABLE! I signed a contract with her in March for a December wedding and paid her deposit. The wedding is 4 months away and she has let us know that something else has “come up”. We are now without a makeup artist for a wedding. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. If you want makeup done for an important event, do not call this woman.
