Worst customer service and demands for tips for bad service
The coupon on Groupon is for $50 for reflexology which is a foot massage which I received as a gift. I went to their location and wanted to get full body massage not just foot massage. The full body massage is for $70 which is regular price. I paid $20 to upgrade the massage to full body massage. I think you really don’t need to use Groupon for this spa. Then I had a great massage. I have been a customer for a little over 2 years, I hesitated to write this review. 3 stars for the nice staff. Ladies and gents! This is a warning to make sure you use your prepaid service before the hand written expiration date on the paper card! For being a regular over the years and driving 1 hour to and from I was asked to pay full price today. I just gave up my last session and will be seeking another place.
I had a 90 minute massage here yesterday and it was the best massage of my life. I will be back.
