The older woman (likely the mother) was very unkind and vitriolic.
We bought a rug from here about 5 years ago. We needed it cleaned and stopped back in, the owner was extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction. I'd highly recommend this store, the quality of the rugs is unmatched- they are also pieces of art
