The older lady upfront is extreme rude, abrasive, and is obviously overwhelmed. When I asked her about a product, she did not try to sell it to me. She bluntly told me what it was and moved on. I WANTED TO BUY IT.. I’m not sure if she’s upset that she’s still working or just not a nice individual. She needs a customer service evaluation as soon as possible…

The best service! Rae is so wonderful, I was so nervous at first but she eased my mind and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is always so friendly and greets you with a smile!
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Thankfully Dysport isn’t permanent and will wear off over the next 3-4 months. I feel as though the specific muscles chosen to inject were not strategic which has created a Cruella de Vil look. Nothing “ageless” or youthful looking about that. If you’re considering on doing any procedures with this business make sure to do your research and get a second opinion. I would never allow my face to be touched by them again.
