Lady that answered the phone was THE RUDEST person on the face of this earth. People are already in a hurting time when they call her, but to have her yell at you! Really? The owner of this company needs to reevaluate her employment. The best part is when I started the conversation with telling her my brother passed away and she responded "Ok what do you want"? Ruth is very nice when you want to buy a monument. Wait until you’re a few years down the road and have a problem with the monument and she will come completely unglued. I was asking a simple question over the phone and she started screaming at me immediately and hung up on me. She explained it’s like selling a house, if she sells you a house you wouldn’t call her to clean it 10 years later. Those were her exact words.
