I will discourage anyone to go there. They had a special for microdermabrasion for $59.99 . After making an appointment I waited more than 30 mins till they got me to see the consultant. Anastasia. She told me I had to do a treatment for cyroskin and other things - that microdermabrasion was not for me. I was fast talked for 45 mins. Then I got the treatment. Waited more time to pay - which was another opp to put pressure on me to do many sessions costing thousands. As I could not process her forceful pressuring. I said yes.... read more

This is for the spa center on 39th Av. Kept me waiting over 30 min. After I double confirmed before appt. They said they were short staffed, but didn't tell me that until after I arrived. The place smells like something dead is in the walls, but is clean looking. Considering walking out, as 15 min wait is now twice that. Poorly managed
If I could rate a zero; I would!! I set up an appointment on a Wednesday for Friday morning. Upon arrival, the receptionist said “let me call my boss and let her know you’re here.” She then led me to a room and gave me paperwork to fill out. After waiting for 20 minutes; I asked if the “boss” was even on premises. The reply was NO. She called to see how much longer and I was told she has a family emergency. Why wasn’t I told this the first time she called and before I waited a total of 25 minutes??
