I am extremely satisfied with my hearing aids, and with the services of Doug and Joanna. This is my second set, and they are far superior to the first. Mr Gibson and Joann made a scary situation much more comfortable for me. They worked with me in explaining everything and helping me get a very good upgrade for the same price. They truly want to give people their hearing quality to be like normal. I am so glad my doctor recommended them to me.
Doug and George were wonderful. Thanks to them my husband can now enjoy classical music that he hasn't been able to hear in years and we learned about a streaming device that you can buy there and with it my husband can listen to music without disturbing others anywhere in the house and even while he is outside. The streaming device also works for the TV.
I really appreciate the kindness and support that I got from Mr. Doug Gibsonsupport that I got from Mr. Doug Gibson and his staff. He was very helpful, dedicated and the service was great. Highly recommended.
