My husband and I have both been receiving treatment here for a few years now. Recently my husband went to his scheduled appointment only to be told that his appointment had been canceled. When he questioned them as to why his appointment had been cancelled they told him they had messaged him multiple times but he never responded so they cancelled the appointment. I had the best facial with Mariah! She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The office staff were so accommodating even after having to reschedule my appointment. Awesome experience!
I have recently been to this establishment to continue my treatment for GLP 1 and hormone therapy. I was pleasantly surprised by PA Noble as he was very knowledgeable and thorough with my lab results. I will continue to my treatments here as I am impressed with the progress and service at this establishment.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful facial with Rhiannon who also gave me advice on taking care of my skin. Not only are they affordable, but of high quality as well.
As a patient of this office for many years, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and negligence. I find it very unprofessional that the new owners are not informing patients that Dr. Honing and many of his staff are longer with the practice until they arrive for their appointments. Patients should be notified promptly of such significant changes, not left to discover them at the last minute.
