I can’t recommend Ageless Agility enough. I started PT about three weeks ago for knee pain while training for my first marathon, and the difference Ashley has made in such a short amount of time has been incredible. My knee pain has completely gone away, and when I later started dealing with some shin and calf discomfort, she immediately adapted my exercises and approach to address that too. I recently was able to run 11 miles completely pain-free, which is a huge win :’)
Ashley is amazing. I have been working with her for almost a year. She has seamlessly eased me into weight training. She keeps the workouts challenging and I never leave feeling like an old lady. I do feel the work the next day but she also keeps me out of injury. 10/10 recommend.
