I was really hoping not to have to write this review, but here we are. I will state the positive first. Very clean facility and friendly staff. I went in to treat the nasolabial folds with juvederm injectables. The first girl I saw told me mine were not bad and one vile would be enough as I am only 31. I am writing this review as a public service, to help those who intend to get fillers at the Ageless Aesthetics in Santa Fe, NM. My research indicates that prior to starting the filler(s), the person providing the service must, for transparency and professionalism reasons should show you the unopened, sealed box of the juvederm, with the sticker showing (Allergan) product name, lot number, and expiration date. I completely understand tipping in many service industries, but at this price point it comes off as inappropriate. If the staff aren’t being compensated fairly by the business, that’s an issue the business should fix not something that shoul... read more

Well unfortunately I didn’t even get to experience a service at all. I spoke with the receptionist a week ago who scheduled me a 10:30 am appointment. I saved it in my phone and they sent me a text notification confirming my appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:29 and the receptionist told me to check in on the kiosk. (I had already completed my intake information so there was no need to arrive early.)I started checking in and she then tells me she needs to reschedule me because my appointment was actually at 10:15. I then ... read more
