I had such a great experience getting lip filler here! The whole process was super quick and I had very minimal pain. I also didn’t have any bruising afterward, which I was really happy about. Of course, everyone’s experience can be different, but mine was honestly so easy. I have been going here for years and have had great providers, but more recently, I have had frustrating scheduling interactions. Today on the phone, I made an appointment, but our call was disconnected. There was no attempt to call me back or confirm my appointment. I had such a wonderful experience here! All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Alexandra did my treatment and she was fantastic, she took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions before we got started. She is very skilled and experienced, I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The results exceeded my expectations, and the follow-up care instructions were thorough and easy to understand. I've been back multiple times and will continue to schedule with her.
I was really hoping not to have to write this review, but here we are. I will state the positive first. Very clean facility and friendly staff. I went in to treat the nasolabial folds with juvederm injectables. The first girl I saw told me mine were not bad and one vile would be enough as I am only 31. When I returned for the actual treatment a different girl told me I need two viles. She treated the areas above the line, as in the cheek area. This is normal to lift the cheek after weight loss.
