Ageility allowed an employee who was not vaccinated against Covid to work in a senior home in Reno NV. These employees were eligible for vaccination starting in early January, same timeline as the residents in the senior homes. Employees cannot be forced to be vaccinated, but you would think that Ageility would make vaccination a condition of employment. While the therapists are excellent, the ability to call ANYONE with regard to a billing dispute is IMPOSSIBLE! I have called various numbers that appear in the bill, called the number on the site, left countless messages and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING! The chat line doesn't work, incase you're interested.

My parents live at the MonteVista at Coronado in El Paso, where they have a beautiful apartment home, with great dining and so many activities. But the real surprise was the amazing therapy staff. Mom and Dad both have taken advantage of Physical Therapy to help keep them going, and when Mom recently went to the hospital, she may have never made it back home without the help of the Ageility therapy team.
