Beware of Agee HVAC! I purchased a home 5-6-24 in Greenville. The previous owners told me that they had just installed a brand new furnace/air conditioner and it was under warranty. They had hired Agee HVAC due to his price. Well winter came and only one of the two vents in the rooms worked. We were still under warranty. I called Adrian the owner and he postponed our meeting till after the warranty expired. I told him I was under warranty, but would not be at the time of our appointment.
