Help at Home has allowed my mother to live independently at home for many years, assured that her needs will be met by a talented team of caring staff. I don't know what we would have done without them.
I have nothing negative to say. A wonderful service. Staff professional and knowledgeable caring and empathetic. Montefiore help I. The home is an outstanding service. I came from an organization that did not care about my needs to an organization that can hear my concerns and provide positive support. Highly recommend. My service coordinator Beth Coe along with my support workers Racna and Olga provide exceptional support and care. Thank you to them they have really made a difference in my life
My elderly male relative needed increased care to support him in his home after being in hospital. Montefiore were recommended by another elderly friend and our investigation supported this. Since mid-2022, their team has proved to be prompt, professional and caring with minimal change in personnel. We recommend their services and he plans to continue as long as possible while in his home.
