I'm extremely happy with my VitaSpa hot tub purchased from Agean Bath & Spa, great quality product and The Agean's team is Amazing. From purchase to delivery of spa everyone was helpful and all are very knowledgeable of their products. Additionally they recommended excellent subcontractors for our deck reinforcement & electrician. After delivery experience has been excellent as well, Chris & Amy are quick to respond to chemical / up keep questions. Their online product ordering is easy with timely delivery.

The product was good value for money, fitted, and working great. Also, found it easy to install. We are very satisfied using it, especially this time of this COVID pandemic situation, we are just only at the house spending time with my husband and with our 2 kids.

I would like to thank them for their amazing service the time we recently purchased a spa from them. I'm so thankful that we dont regret our decision to purchase from this wonderful and professional company. I couldnt believe how easy they made the delivery look, one of their service staff was there, and the next day returned to do the handover explaining how to use the spa and how to put chemicals in the right way - explained it in the way we could understand. This business is excellent. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with their customers to get their needs and satisfaction for a spa. The time I was shopping in their showroom, several customers entered. They were addressed by name, their needs quickly handled. I liked how they talk and accommodate their customer they shared stories and jokes. This is one of the good reasons to shop with them.

We bought a spa from them a couple of weeks ago, and they made the process easier. The customer service staff takes customer service seriously. Greeted me promptly, answered all of my questions, Gave a full description of the spa that I purchased from them, and delivered it fast. As my spa arrived, the staff who delivered showed me all the features of my spa and educated me on how to use the chemicals. Overall, great experience.

We bought a hot tub from them a year ago and we have truly been overly-satisfied with it. I couldnt imagine life without it, but its important to have the good service & knowledge to go with it; thats where their staff made our life easier with chemical knowledge, water testing, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
