Tanner, at the Hilliard location, is fabulous! He answered all my detailed questions and everything he said lined up with the independent research I had done. He was clear, direct, and knowledgeable. The price point was competitive. We made a purchase we were confident and very happy about.
All of the staff at Aegean are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Yesterday Tanner helped us with some trouble shooting with our hot tub. He was very helpful!
I had a problem with one set of the jets not activating. I spoke with Tanner and he was patient and diligent in helping me correct the problem without a service call. Much appreciated!
Jonathan was very helpful. I was having a problem with a lot foam in my hot tub and he have me some ideas to hopefully get rid of the foam.
Knowledgeable staff, that was able to advise how to address my hot tub issue just from a picture. That kind of knowledge and service is rare and outstandig!
