Knowledgeable staff, that was able to advise how to address my hot tub issue just from a picture. That kind of knowledge and service is rare and outstandig!
We stopped in and our first sales experience with Tanner was great. While prices were not posted, the salesman was straightforward with pricing options. We researched the tub and features we wanted and he emailed us a simple price quote as what we wanted would be on a “2025” model. Follow up was great. We returned to the store ready to buy, and another salesman (maybe manager) jumped in the middle of the sales process. Absolutely fabulous experience! JT was an enormous help with selection and initial purchase, as well as scheduling service. Service was for minor issues, easy to schedule, and the field tech was extra attentive and patient with my 'dumb' questions. Agean Hilliard is highly recommended by me:)
We had a great experience with JT, Tanner and the rest of the team at Agean's Hilliard store. We purchased both a hot tub and a swim spa. We made multiple visits to the store for information and a swim test. They were patient and answered all of our questions every time. We were making our final decision and out of town for a week, and they even made extra effort to lock in pricing for us knowing we were out of town.
