We had a great experience with JT, Tanner and the rest of the team at Agean's Hilliard store. We purchased both a hot tub and a swim spa. We made multiple visits to the store for information and a swim test. They were patient and answered all of our questions every time. We were making our final decision and out of town for a week, and they even made extra effort to lock in pricing for us knowing we were out of town. As first-time hot tub buyers, we shopped at every location in Columbus. We ended up purchasing a hot tub from JT at Agean. JT was wonderful to work with. Instead of trying to upsell us, he really took the time to understand what we wanted in a hot tub. Once we narrowed it down to three, JT gave us all the time and attention we needed to make that final decision. He was very informative and patient with all our questions. We are so happy with our purchase!! We highly recommend this place!!!

I'm not the type to like salesman on me as soon as I walk through a door, such as furniture stores. The manager JT was working the day we visited the store. He allowed the space i needed and waited to see what we were actually looking for and try to up sell us on anything. The hot tub we ended up with was excellent quaility and was handle from top to bottom in the best way possible. I would definitely refer any family or friends this location and brand.

I went to 5 different hot tub places and ended up purchasing a hot tub from Agean. The experience from the purchase of my tub to the delivery, set up and follow up was excellent. JT helped me and was great. He never made me feel pressured he just provided facts and answered all of my questions. In addition, I occasionally call with questions and JT always gets back to me. This is just great customer service. We love our tub it’s been working great since purchasing it in April 2024.
