Awful experience. I had to call five times and still no appointment set. The receptionist also likes to answer the phone with just a "hello?"
The group of professionals are all high qualified and well prepared. The atmosphere of the building is calming and relaxaing. We walked into a warm environment with soft music and were offered fresh coffee while we waited. The front office staff were courteous and caring and our counselor saw us on time, without us having to wait a long time in the lobby. The counselor was very thorough during our first session.
