Best gym ever! Friendly,professional trainers that develop a fitness program for each member.
I've not traditionally been a fan of gyms, but Age Right Fitness is awesome! Whenever I visit family in ME, I'm sure to be there. The owners never stop developing their own skills & knowledge and they make it so much fun to get & maintain my strength & fitness. I can't wait to visit again, and don't even get me started on the party they make of Old Hallowell Day... I totally wish I lived closer!
