After not using this app for years I cancelled my subscription today, after the most recent payment was taken, and asked for a refund on my most recent payment. I had paid for years and years (I think 5 in total) and used the app a handful of times during the first year and NEVER again since. My kid just wasn't interested in it. I didnt realise my subscription was even active as on your bank statement it says 'Age of Learning' and not 'Adventure Academy'. I had to take time to figure out what the payment was actually for!
