After not using this app for years I cancelled my subscription today, after the most recent payment was taken, and asked for a refund on my most recent payment. I had paid for years and years (I think 5 in total) and used the app a handful of times during the first year and NEVER again since. My kid just wasn't interested in it. I didnt realise my subscription was even active as on your bank statement it says 'Age of Learning' and not 'Adventure Academy'. I had to take time to figure out what the payment was actually for! This company has a great app and a great learning environment for children. However, signing up for a trial and not canceling it can be a financial problem. I have had an issue with them in the past, however, I was able to resolve it. But to be clear, it took a looooooooooong time!
100% Credit card Fraud! Either a scam company or someone is cleverly using the AMZ AGEOFLEARNING tag for fraud credit card charges.
