I have never written a bad review but this situation makes my skin crawl. Overpriced and poor results! When I left the clinic I was hopeful that the hollowing under my eyes would be addressed by 2 vials of skin boosters (costing $1800!! ). Days later it appeared that I was overfilled and uneven. I had a great experience with Dr Lourens. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was even available for a consult while out of the country. The team was professional and welcoming.
After some time trying more conventional treatments to address my significant hormone imbalances with limited success, Dr Lourens and I decided to try bioidentical hormone replacement therapy pellets. The procedure is very quick and painless, with only some minor local swelling for a few days after the procedure. Overall it's been a success. Facials with Mailbritt are awesome! She is excellent at what she does, after two facials a month apart and with skin care that works for my skin. My face feels great!
