The services provided by Age Advantage are good. Our caregiver is very nice to my husband. She is always on time. She accompanies us to my husband's appointments and assists him with all of his needs. She is friendly and respectful.

On site visitation by management, Vince Medina, to supervise the Patients adjustment to his staff. His team provides skilled home medical assistance to their clients. We have used several senior care service providers and Age Advantage is the most reliable we have had the good fortune to find. They went the extra mile to make certain that we were completely satisfied. The health aides assigned to us have all been superior and reflect a through vetting process by management before they are hired. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires home care. Yes indeed, our caregivers are vetted a minimum of 5 levels prior to hiring and assignment to our clients which includes drug screening, criminal background checks, and consumer and/or investigative consumer reporting.
