I had a frustrating experience with AGD Garage Door. The technician arrived much later than scheduled. The repair didn’t solve the problem completely. Customer support was slow and not very helpful. Overall, I regret choosing their service.

Amazing service… I called late at night as our door wouldn’t open and Onil was able to trouble shoot it over the phone with some photos. He guided us to assist us with a temporary solution and attended the following day to repair it for us. Communication on his time of arrival was clear and accurate which meant I didn’t sit at home to wait for him to arrive. Very polite and courteous which is rare these days. I will be saving his number for all future work required.
