Jennifer was the best customer service representative I’ve ever came across! This woman made me feel like I was a VIP customer and let me remind you this was my 1st visit. She explained everything every step of the process and after scheduling my appointment, I didn’t want it to end. Lol I wanted more of her awesome personality. Had a good experience with the windshield installer. Explain the warranty and explained everything how he does his work. I appreciate him and I appreciate the company. He worked for great people and I do recommend them 100% for your windshield replacement.
